2. このサイトを見るだけのとき
- このサイトは Cookie を使いません。広告も入れていません。
- どのページがどれだけ見られたか（どこから来たか・国・ブラウザの種類・表示の速さを含む）を、Cloudflare Web Analytics（米国の会社のサービス）で数えています。Cookie を使わず、一人ひとりを見分けない計測です。
- ゲームがどれだけ遊ばれたかを知るために、ゲームによっては、選んだ件・たどり着いた結末・シェア／コピー／差し入れのボタンを押したことを、このサイトのサーバーに送って数えています。いっしょに残すのは、その日時と、通信から分かる国だけで、3か月で消えます。名前・入力したもの・IPアドレスは残さず、一人ひとりを見分けることもしません。
- ゲームによっては、見つけたエンディングと設定（モード・音・文字の大きさ）を、お使いのブラウザの中（localStorage）にだけ残します。次に開いたときに使うためのもので、残したものはサーバーには送りません。ブラウザのサイトデータを消すと消えます。
- サイトの配信には Cloudflare を、文字の表示には Google Fonts を使っています（どちらも米国の会社のサービスです）。ページを開くと、配信と文字の読み込みのために、IPアドレスやブラウザの種類などの通信の情報がこれらのサービスに届きます。その扱いは、各社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
3. 投げ銭とお問い合わせで受け取る情報
- 投げ銭のサービス（OFUSE）から届く、表示名・メールアドレス・メッセージと、投げ銭の日付・金額・取引の番号
- お問い合わせでいただいた、Xのアカウント名またはメールアドレスと、その内容
4. 使い道
受け取った情報は、次のことにだけ使います。
- ご本人であることの確認
- 返金などへの対応
- お問い合わせへの対応
- 会計と税務
営業の連絡など、上に書いたこと以外には使いません。
5. 外に出す情報
- 受け取った情報は公開しません。法令に基づく場合を除き、外に出しません。
6. 情報を置いている場所
- 投げ銭は外部のサービス（OFUSE）で受け、その記録はそのサービスに残ります。
- お問い合わせは、X（米国の会社のサービス）のDMと、メールで受けます。メールは Cloudflare（米国の会社のサービス）の転送を通って届きます。
- 手元の記録を置いている場所：Googleドライブ（Google LLC・米国）
- 外国にある会社のサービスを使うときは、その国の個人情報保護の制度を、個人情報保護委員会が公表している情報で確かめたうえで使っています。
7. 安全のためにしていること
- 記録は、二段階認証を設定したアカウントの中に置き、運営者だけが見られるようにしています。
8. 保存する期間
- お問い合わせのやり取りは、対応に要る間だけ持ち、要らなくなったら消します。
- 会計用の記録（日付・金額・取引の番号）は、法律で決まった期間（原則7年）保管します。
9. 18歳未満の方
- 18歳未満の方は、保護者の方の同意を得てから投げ銭をしてください。
- 18歳未満の方から投げ銭を受け取ったと分かったときは、投げ銭のサービス（OFUSE）の決まりに沿って対応します。
10. 利用目的の通知・開示・訂正・利用の停止・削除のご依頼
- ご本人から、受け取った情報の利用目的の通知、開示、訂正・追加・削除、利用の停止・消去、第三者への提供の停止のご依頼があったときは、ご本人であることを確かめたうえで対応します。

Privacy Policy (English)
This page explains how Pressure Simulation (“this site”) handles personal information.
1. Who runs this site
- Trade name: Pressure Simulation (理不尽シミュレーター)
- Operator's name and address: available promptly on request.
- Contact: a DM to @pressure_sim on X, or by email at contact@pressuresimulation.com
2. If you're just visiting
- This site uses no cookies and no ads.
- We count page views (including where visitors came from, country, browser type and page speed) with Cloudflare Web Analytics (run by a US company). It uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
- To see how the games are played, some games send a short signal to this site's server when you start a case, reach an ending, or press the share, copy or tip button. Along with it we keep only the time and the country the connection comes from, and it is deleted after three months. We do not keep names, anything you type, or IP addresses, and we do not identify individual players.
- Some games keep the endings you have found and your settings (mode, sound, text size) in your own browser (localStorage), so they are there next time. They are never sent to a server, and clearing this site's data in your browser removes them.
- The site is delivered by Cloudflare and the fonts come from Google Fonts (both run by US companies). When you open a page, technical information such as your IP address and browser type reaches these services so they can deliver the page and the fonts. Each handles it under its own privacy policy.
3. What we receive from tips and questions
- From the tipping service (OFUSE): your display name, email address and message, and the date, amount and transaction number of your tip
- From your questions: your X username or email address, and what you wrote
4. How we use it
We use this information only:
- To confirm it is you
- To handle refunds and similar requests
- To answer your questions
- For accounting and tax
We never use it for anything else, such as sales messages.
5. What we share
- We publish none of it, and share nothing except where the law requires it.
6. Where the information is kept
- Tips are received through an outside service (OFUSE), which keeps its own records.
- Questions arrive by DM on X (run by a US company) or by email. Email reaches us through Cloudflare's forwarding (a US company).
- Where we keep our own records: Google Drive (Google LLC, United States)
- Before using a service run by a company outside Japan, we check that country's data protection rules using the information published by Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission.
7. How we keep it safe
- Records are kept in accounts protected by two-step verification, and only the operator can see them.
8. How long we keep it
- We keep messages from your questions only as long as we need them to answer, then delete them.
- Accounting records (date, amount and transaction number) are kept for the period the law requires (generally seven years).
9. People under 18
- If you're under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before tipping.
- If we learn that a tip came from someone under 18, we handle it according to the rules of the tipping service (OFUSE).
10. Requests to see, correct or delete your information
- If you ask us to tell you how we use your information, or to disclose, correct, add to, delete, stop using, erase or stop sharing it, we will do so after confirming it is you.
