Thu 6:12 PM ACT I · BIDS INACT I

PLS TURN

A signing-night simulator

You're Pat, a first-year analyst. The board meets at 8:00 AM. Three people above you are awake and typing.

Contains workplace bullying, sleep deprivation and late-night pressure. All banks, companies and people are fictional. Treatment like this in a real workplace would be harassment.

Mode

The night as intended. About three minutes.

Burnwell Lever & Co. — A Tradition of Tomorrow Morning.

How to play

Composure: what you've got left. At 0% you fall asleep, wherever you are.

Standing: how Tara, Carter and Nick see you tonight.

Pillow: sleep you could still get before the 6:40 AM car to the client. It drains while you hesitate.

Some news hits Composure however you answer. Slow replies bring follow-ups, calls and cc's. Pings you leave unanswered cost a little; answering them takes time. Ask for help and Log off are always at the bottom of the screen; Pause is at the top. Your phone will ring.

On some phones, the silent switch also mutes the game.
